ADO buses start leaving Cancun to Valladolid at am and every 1 to /2 hrs after. Bus trip is about 90 min, colectivos (1 block away from ADO terminal). We took the R1 bus to the station and it was only 24 pesos for two people, and it took us about 40 minutes from where we were at in the Hotel.
